We are looking for a Program Management leader to be part of a startup product team innovating end-to-end shopping experiences. You’ll be responsible for the designing, implementing, and maintaining high impact processes and supporting teams, that helps us deliver on our customer promise seamlessly.
A candidate must manage complex, multi-faceted processes, draw insights from data, influence across organizational boundaries, create alignment on shared goals, interact with senior leaders, and drive progress. The leader will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and organizations. This role requires strong relationship building skills and sound business judgment. They will be an excellent communicator, verbally and through writing, enabling them to work successfully with diverse audiences to improve performance.
This position is located in either Bellevue, Austin or NYC.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact
- Lead the design of the solution, implementation, and delivery of a highly complicated cross-functional project in a new business area
- Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions
- Invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes and technology requirements (when appropriate).
- Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. Create buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners
- Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan
Role can be based out of NY, Seattle or Austin
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
