We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join the Net Cost of Refunds and Concessions (NCRC) team within Returns & Recommerce (WWRR).
The role will support our business partners with root cause analyses, insightful outlier metrics, and scalable mechanisms that highlight failure points and new opportunities for internal and external orgs. You will directly contribute to create and implement in this ‘hands on’ role as you identify problem areas across NCRC that increase customer satisfaction, reduce variable and transportation costs, and reduce delivery and return accuracy defects. Additionally, you will identify and help facilitate anecdote reviews across WWRR and partner teams, and lead follow up activities for key action items that drive new ops and tech products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 7+ years of program or project management experience
– 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
– Experience delivering cross functional projects
– Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
– Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
