Principal Technical Program Manager, Retail Pricing

The Retail Pricing team owns WW pricing strategy, pricing systems, and set’s prices on everything Shipped and Sold by Amazon. Our goal is to earn long-term customer trust by offering the best prices to customers, across hundreds of millions of products every day.

We are a central team at the core of the Amazon flywheel consisting of Product, Engineering, and Science leaders driving large world-wide initiatives directly impacting customer price perception and the Amazon P&L. In this role, you will be in the driver seat with a broad scope and high visibility upwards and sideways.

Jeff Bezos in his 2017 Shareholder Letter said:

“Our customers are divinely discontent. Their expectations are never static – they go up. It’s human nature. People have a voracious appetite for a better way, and yesterday’s ‘wow’ quickly becomes today’s ‘ordinary’. We therefore cannot rest on our laurels in this world. Customers won’t have it.”

The spirit of invention is at the heart of the pricing team, we are constantly striving to exceed customer expectations and inventing new ways to deliver great prices in a rapidly changing competitive and economic climate. This roll will be fun; it will challenge you to think big, execute, and deliver results for our customers and shareholders.

We can’t wait to meet you!
