We are looking for an exceptional technology leader to own our efforts to reinvent the end-to-end experience for sellers, with a goal of creating a multi-modal, globally aware toolkit that makes it simple for sellers with great products to reach Amazon’s millions of customers worldwide. The ideal leader should have proven experience in cross-organizational technical project execution working directly with product and engineering stakeholders, communicating directly with senior leaders to report progress and mitigate risks, and writing technical and design specifications for multi-tenant, highly-scaled systems.
Sellers’ success is our top priority, and in this role you will be tasked with driving that success by leading some of the highest impact programs for Sellers across Amazon. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
– 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
– 7+ years of technical program management experience
– 5+ years of software development experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
– Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
