We seek a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team and take charge of high-touch Realization projects from concept to execution.

As our Project Manager, you will be the go-to person for all project-related information. From customer service to estimating, documenting to tracking budgets, scheduling to quality control, and ensuring on-time delivery and invoicing, you will be the driving force behind our Realization and Strategic Design projects. You will collaborate with every discipline of our internal team, building strong relationships with Business Development, Production, Color Imaging, Model Making & Prototyping, Design, and Mock-Up, to name a few.

One of your key responsibilities will be fostering client partnerships and providing exceptional service to Account Management and the client. You’ll be the point person in communicating project scope changes and estimates, demonstrating confidence and professionalism while serving our clients’ needs. This is a full-time position that requires 5 days of onsite work in our studio.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide tactical and administrative support as the project owner to meet client requirements.
  • Advise Account Management on budget estimates and create estimates as needed.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings and provide project leads with planning breakdowns, budgets, and calendar milestones.
  • Perform continuous follow-up and follow-through with all departments to ensure projects progress as planned and on time.
  • Coordinate workflow and deliverables for project teams, maintaining quality control of final deliverables.
  • Communicate job status consistently with Account Management and the client.
  • Ensure project accuracy and timely delivery while preparing cost summaries for approval.
  • Format invoices and submit them to the client’s Accounts Payable department for processing and payment.

  • Thorough understanding of project or product development or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience in a production agency.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • While there are no direct supervisory duties, you will lead and direct project-related activities of the project team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
