Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:
Print Shop Lead – 3rd Shift
9:00pm to 6:30a Monday through Friday
$22.00/hr plus $2.00/hr shift differential
The position is responsible for leading a crew in the Print Shop work center that produces Honeycomb Hobes.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Lead must be familiar with and possess ability to operate all equipment in the Print Shop Department.
Prioritizing and managing the production schedule to ensure the shift meets the requirements for the day.
Direct operators to the tasks that need to be performed during their production shift.
Work orders are completed correctly, legibly, and on time.
Document traceability of products used in the process.
Lead problem solving and operational improvement activities for the shift.
Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures.
Perform production duties with the team as needed.
Perform transactions in the ERP system.
Coordinate training for employees.
Cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
Other task as needed and flexibility is key.
Overtime required as needed. This will included weekends.

Candidate skills & requirements
Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Prior experience with levels of increased responsibility in daily tasks required.
Prior experience as a Lead preferred.
Prior experience in performing ERP transactions is preferred.
5+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus.
Good basic math skills.
Speak/read/write English proficiently.
Have legible handwriting/printing.
Balance multiple tasks/priorities.
Lift 50+ pounds (two person lift is available).
Become forklift certified, as forklift operation is required for this position (training provided).
