Responsibilities
Serve as a Process Engineer Team Lead for the Operations Enablement Directorate, Capability Integration Group, Business Analysis Team within the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). Performs analysis, design, and assembly related to product design, manufacturing, software, or engineering projects. Defines, interprets, and develops quality standards for receiving, in-processing, vetting, documenting, and sharing specific Information Technology (IT) requirements to mature existing software applications and create new programs. Work closely with the Requirements Manager to clarify how IT systems/applications best meet mission needs to satisfy customer requirements; assist in building new and maturing existing programs by supporting or leading efforts to identify and optimize processes and manage program knowledge. Work closely with program and requirements analysts to hold software development teams accountable for meeting requirements supporting a high-profile and constantly evolving mission. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and all company departments to resolve technical and quality problems. Provides leadership in the areas of producibility, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement, quality engineering, software quality, software configuration management, and procurement quality engineering.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Ph.D. 5-7.
• Exceptional attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of anticipating and solving complex issues, sometimes before they emerge.
• Able to independently identify and prioritize tasks based on mission needs, program strategy, and client guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience interfacing with Interagency and USIC Stakeholders and Senior Officials.
• Experience leading rapid acquisition activities related to Defense Support to Civil Authorities and LE/CI missions.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
