The HSP organization manages Azure’s hardware roadmap from concept through production for all of Microsoft’s current and future on-line services . Well-defined and executed strategic planning ensures products meet the requirements for performance, features, and time-to-market. The ability to draw insights from a deep understanding of the cloud HW Infrastructure landscape and industry trends is critical in informing the roadmap and planning decisions.
As a Process Program Manager , you will manage the logistics and processes for a number of critical forums wi thin the Azure Hardware Systems and Infrastructure organization.
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management and analytics tools, like Microsoft (Office) 365 suite, Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience working with engineering or other technical teams.
- Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
- Passion for organizational design, health, and culture.
Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 – $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 – $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
You’ll collaborate and drive efforts across multiple teams within Microsoft . You will bring a detail-oriented mindset and a bias for action . You will work with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to hardware engineers , program managers, and product managers . An ability to execute in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment is necessary . Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage an annual rhythm of business schedule for key technical and decision-making forums.
- Coordinate internal technical communications via SharePoint , email and other mediums for internal and organization al communications , in areas like industry news and intelligence.
- Partner with stakeholders within the team to execute and drive projects and process improvements related to technology development, product development, and change management to closure .
- Suggest efficiency improvements, build stakeholder alignment and adoption of new tools, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation associated with critical technical processes.
