Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hour
This role is M-F
In office 100% – no remote work offered
- Job Duties: Generate and revise documentation pertaining to job functions and process
- Analyze existing and potential processes
- Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to accurately record necessary processes
- Ensure all documentation is written with simplistic verbage to be understood by the average layperson.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, forms, training information, trackers, and other necessary documentation.
- Keep documentation up to date with current standards
- Review current documentation and recommend revisions, changes in scope, format, content, etc.
- Collects approval signatures as necessary from multiple departments
- Performs research from multiple sources and generates reports and analysis based on data collected.
- Investigates process for improvement or documented accuracy.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to type 60+ WPM accurately.
- Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
- Excellent writing skills, previous instruction writing experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
