At University Financial Services (UFS) our primary role is to oversee and manage incoming and outgoing funds for the University. Position Summary
The Procure to Pay Operations Manager position is a new role to the division of University Financial Services. As a Procure to Pay Operations Manager within University Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Jaggaer procure-to-pay software solution. You will also play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of Jaggaer. Your in-depth knowledge of Jaggaer and your expertise in business process analysis will be instrumental in driving efficiency, enhancing procurement operations, and maximizing the benefit of this technology.

This is a full-time benefited position which may be eligible for hybrid remote work based on the ability to complete essential job functions off-campus. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Innovative Solutions.
Essential Functions
- Procure-to-Pay Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current procurement process and workflow, identifying pain points and areas for improvement to align with Jaggaer’s capabilities.
- Data Management and Integration: Working closely with the university’s EAS team and internal business analysts, oversee data integration between Jaggaer and other financial systems, including Ellucian Banner and PaymentWorks, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements for Jaggaer’s implementation, translating their needs into actionable plans and configurations.
- System Upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Stay current with Jaggaer updates, enhancements, and new features. Review release notes, assess their relevance to our procurement processes, and recommend adoption strategies. Participate in conducting UAT for Jaggaer upgrades and new releases. Develop test plans and ensure system changes meet business requirements.
- Training and Documentation: In coordination with the Manager of Training and Communications, develop training materials and comprehensive documentation to support end-user training.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process reviews and improvement initiatives, seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the university’s financial operations using the Jaggaer P2P software solution. Develop and maintain deliverables such as process maps and flowcharts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and work experience can substitute for the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in administering and configuring Jaggaer or similar procurement and financial management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of experience in administering and configuring Jaggaer or similar procurement and financial management systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial processes within a university setting.
- Experience working with Ellucian Banner ERP.
- Experience using SAP Concur.

Physical Activities
1. Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.
2. Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The successful candidate may be eligible for hybrid remote work based on the ability to complete essential job functions off-campus, in accordance with university policy.

The salary grade for the position is 9.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000.
