eCommerce is a top priority and growth area for Walmart/Sam’s Club, all set to further accelerate with creating and defining new vertical and omnichannel experiences. You can be a part of this high-growth, massive-scale, fast-paced environment, building continuous, seamless, omni-channel customer experiences across physical stores, eCommerce and mobile commerce, unique to Sam’s Club. As a key part of a rapidly growing Omni Commerce product management team, you will work on some of the most challenging customer problems.
The role is on digital product management team at Sam’s Club ($70B+ in revenue, 600+ clubs, millions of paid members) with overall Walmart Global Tech. The role is focused on leading eCommerce initiatives that are contributing to business growth and member’s shopping experience. We work on technologies that intersect a wide variety of business models for grocery, general merchandise and the warehouse format.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Developing and championing a world class product vision and strategy, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases
- Developing and enhancing products as you will manage product roadmaps, driving priorities aligned to business goals, turn insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
- Driving the execution of multiple projects in an agile environment for product management including product requirements that provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and user needs.
- Partnering very closely with high performing engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with quality.
- Managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and willing to do what it takes to make our product successful.
- Having sound business judgment as well as ability to think strategically & tactically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope technical requirements.
- Having strong oral and written communication skills are crucial to influencing others internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science and 5 years’ product management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years’ product management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high performance engineering, design, analytics teams.
- Customer journey experience in ecommerce/ transactions space (credit card, payment, etc.) is highly desired.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
