The Role and What You’ll Do: This position is primarily responsible for supporting the strategic story development for various product teams, along with program management teams where needed which provides travel solutions and high-end custom programs for individuals and corporations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who thinks outside the box to curate and present innovative solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers. This person will manage multiple tasks and projects, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- At the direction of the Director of Experiences, Olympic & Paralympic Games, the Product Content & Editorial Manager will be responsible for telling the story of On Location’s Paris 2024 hospitality products, creating a compelling narrative that helps potential purchasers understand the experiences being offered.
- The Product Content & Editorial Manager will be responsible for working with the various product teams (In-Venue, Off-Venue, and Travel), the Event Production team to create editorial content describing the experiences offered, and Custom Groups to help streamline proposals for various custom programs. This editorial content, paired with photographs, renderings, or videos provided by the Event Production and Marketing Teams, will be incorporated by the Marketing and Sales teams into presentation collateral (brochures, presentations, websites, catalogues, etc.) used to educate and entice potential purchasers.
- The successful candidate should have professional writing experience, creating content for marketing purposes and creating content for various types of media or outlets, such as websites, print ads, articles, brochures, press releases, and social media posts.
- The Product Content Manager must be able to gather information from a variety of sources and synthesize it into easily understandable product information suitable for both savvy and inexperienced purchasers.
- The successful candidate should have strong English-language editorial skills and will be responsible for working with partners for the translation of editorial content into French, Italian, and other languages. Experience managing a cross-cultural team or working with translation vendors is a plus.
You Have These
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- 5-7 years of experience crafting narratives and providing editorial content related to business development materials
- Experience in managing a cross-cultural team of event professionals
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided to meet deadlines

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$51,000 annually
