Position Overview:

Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking a motivated & experienced Systems Engineering Support Analyst. This job is an opportunity to be part of the Boeing Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability Center, which is tasked with the protection of all critical computers across all defense products developed within Boeing. So, unlike most aerospace jobs where a team is focused on building a single product for a specific customer, this job offers the opportunity to see and contribute to products across Boeing’s entire elite defense portfolio. This position is based in St. Louis, MO and requires onsite work to support the programs.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced & Senior level PLM Engineering Technical Specialists

Position Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, Interprets and Analyzes engineering data from a variety of sources
  • Works with management team and finance to develop engineering forecasts
  • Support engineers in defining requirements, developing trades studies and performing analyses
  • Prepares data for presentations to executive and customer reviews
  • Supports general project management and tracking to schedules
  • Coordinates with engineering and security to support customer and supplier meetings
  • Facilitates meetings
  • Works closely with finance and engineering for execution to plan
  • Supports and drives significant research and development projects

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience supporting engineering teams
  • Experience with engineering metrics, data and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on defense programs or in a secure environment
  • Experience with project planning
  • Ability to create executive and customer presentations
  • Experience with Agile methodology

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for experienced level: $84,150 – $113,850

Summary pay range for senior level: $102,000 – $138,000

To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
