The Product Manager, Ad Innovation & Experience, will serve in a supporting capacity to steer Peacock’s ad products, balancing the requirements of advertisers, users, and the business as we scale initiatives internationally.
The candidate will team up with stakeholders throughout the organization to develop and improve advertising features, making sure they align with our business objectives. They’ll champion user experience, collaborating closely with design and development teams to facilitate smooth interactions with advertising. The role will report to the VP Product, Ad Innovation and Experience, and will be part of a fast-paced and ambitious team shaping the future of AVOD on a global scale.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Participate in shaping advertising innovation, primarily focusing on TV applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales and Marketing to collect, document, and prioritize product requirements for new ad products or enhancements to existing ones, ensuring their suitability for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate with UX and UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing ad products, ensuring optimal usability and ad performance.
- Work closely with engineering and team-level Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to execute on new product features under the supervision of senior product managers.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ad products to measure success, inform decision-making, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that can inform product development and improvements.
- Communicate effectively within the area of responsibility; clearly articulate product vision, objectives, and progress to internal stakeholders and team members using verbal and written communication skills.
- Create compelling stakeholder presentations that explain product vision and features to gain alignment.
- Continuously learn and stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant technologies in the advertising space to grow your skills and contribute effectively to your team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably within the digital advertising industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Software literacy and comfort with various product tools such as Jira, Wiki, Airtable, Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
