Job Overview:

As the Product Manager you will work cross-functionally with business partners to synthesize and prioritize organizational goals and handle end-to-end management of Arctop’s existing product roadmap. You will maintain the product roadmap, processes, tools, and goals to manage projects in a dynamic and growing market.

Location: Hybrid (Must reside in Los Angeles, California. Arctop is located just north of LAX)

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage Arctop’s existing product and help shape new features per client needs.
  • Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and work connecting technical and business worlds to guide products from conception to launch.
  • Help further establish Arctop as a premier BCI company by presenting at industry events and creating materials for the Management team to present.
  • Have the right blend of business and technical knowledge to understand this market well and Arctop’s position within it.
  • Translate complex relationships and solutions into understandable and visual representations and strategies, as well as present these both internally and externally.
  • Manage post-sales product support. Help clients troubleshoot issues and resolve pain points.
  • Manage client relationships, support needs, and communicate new initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between Arctop and customers and other stakeholders.
  • Work with business partners, customers, and engineers to ensure that designs meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research and create product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and refine products to exceed learner needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • Intimate familiarity with APIs and SaaS business models.
  • A wellspring of knowledge about wearable products.
  • Ability to sort through complex, conflicting information and identify what’s most important.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Engineering, Design, Finance, legal, and other teams to quickly deliver products that solve customers’ needs.
  • Eagerness to take a hands-on approach and do whatever it takes to make the product and team successful.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and helping highly technical teams create simple, elegant solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation of customer problems.

Annual Salary Range*: $140,000 – $170,000 / year (plus performance bonus plan)

*The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors.
