How You Will Make an Impact

This Product Manager will be part of the EPM Product Management team with responsibility for Gas Analyzer products and will contribute to the overall Environmental Monitoring portfolio. You will drive the global product line strategies, lead and support voice of customer activities, define market requirements and develop growth opportunities in new and existing market segments.

What You Will Do

  • Own the financial performance (revenue, margin, pricing, etc.) of the Gas Analyzer portfolio
  • Engage with key customers, developing positive relationships to understand their workflows and future needs
  • Translate a deep understanding of customer needs into defined customer insights. Use these insights to craft innovative product development pipelines
  • Develop the portfolio including the multi-year product line roadmap for through collaboration with the cross functional business unit team
  • Provide collaborative leadership and strategic direction for the cross-functional internal organization (e.g., Strategic Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Regional Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations and Commercial Teams)
  • Lead new product introductions through a phase-gate product commercialization process

Travel

Domestic and international travel up to 10-15% of the time

How You Will Get Here

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably (B.S./B.A.) in a STEM, Business or Marketing field

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in product management and/or marketing leadership experience required; preferably with analytical and/or industrial instruments
  • Experience handling pricing, forecasting, and supply/demand analysis
  • Experience with new product launches and working with commercial organizations
  • Experienced in working in a highly matrixed organization

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Financial modeling and data analysis skills. Ability to build and analyze models to forecast and track results.
  • Adept at building relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
  • Strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with both internal and external audiences and an ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve on performance
  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

This position will be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $113,500.00-$170,200.00.
