Job Description

Our cloud-based software intelligence platform provides actionable data on how applications are performing in real-time-for example, security, crash reporting, server-side tracking, and root cause analysis, to name a few-our full stack monitoring platform helps our customers anticipate and resolve their software issues.
As a leading solution in that area, we aim to be the best-in-class and an innovative SaaS company for the most significant enterprise globally, including highly regulated sectors like financial services, healthcare, government, or energy.

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Develop and implement global strategies for highly regulated sectors.
  • Own the compliance and regulatory requirements capability of the product roadmap for financial services, healthcare, and governments.
  • Represent the end user’s perspective and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user’s pain points.
  • Work in a global team and collaborate tightly with sales, support, services, the CISO, the CPO, Product Management, Development, Marketing, and Legal to bring Dynatrace to the next level.
  • Apply customer-and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points in highly regulated sectors.
  • Provide market and competitive insights, product positioning, and concrete assets to enable and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
  • Create, drive, and maintain the product roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience working with highly regulated applications and environments, building a compliant software platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of equivalent product management experience in an agile software product environment, ideally in the world of SaaS products.
  • Plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company.
  • Passionate about building the best software while combining compliance to provide business value for highly regulated sectors.
  • Knowledge of user journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects aligned with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software, etc.
  • Strengthen the Dynatrace culture of open-mindedness, innovative thinking, and out-of-the-box problem-solving, where hierarchy and organizational structure take a back seat to collaboration, impactful results, and a fresh approach to challenges.

Additional Information

DOE, salary $144-181K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
