Box’s Compliance Team (https://www.box.com/trust) is on a mission to address the strictest requirements across all industries. Our customers can trust us to deliver compliance for finance (FINRA), healthcare (HIPPA), life sciences (GxP), and for securing personal data across the globe (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc).

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in compliance, including Life Sciences, Financial Sector, Data privacy, and other regulatory areas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and have experience developing and managing compliance products.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Security and Compliance teams, as well as engineering, product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams to align roadmaps and execute on the product vision. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, developing and managing product requirements, and driving the successful delivery of products to market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for compliance products, including identifying market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Develop and manage product requirements, ensuring that they meet regulatory compliance requirements and align with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Work closely with the Security and Compliance teams to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and are designed with security and privacy in mind.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products are built to meet compliance requirements and are scalable and reliable.
  • Work with product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance products.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including Life Sciences, Financial Sector, Data Privacy, and other regulatory areas.
  • Experience working with Security and Compliance teams, as well as engineering, product marketing, business development, customer success, and sales engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to execute on product vision and roadmap.
