We are looking for multiple Product Manager II’s to join our team and help us explore new possibilities and challenges of generative AI.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirement:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience as a product manager in one of the cyber security, compliance, identity, and/or management markets.
- Passion or previous experience involving AI or Machine Learning.
- Experience prioritizing an engineering team’s backlog.
- Experience in a scaling space .
Product Management IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 – $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 – $198,600 per year.

Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager II, you will focus on operationalizing the team’s product development processes for product launch coordination and go to market activities . This is an opportunity to make an impact by working across Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business planning and our customers to bring our new wave of innovation to life.
- Understand new product strategies and be the coordination point across Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Business planning on go-to-market and launch related activities.
- Coordinate across product teams to gather and publish product roadmaps for broad consumption.
- Operationalize processes to generate clarity and awareness of the team’s inbound and outbound dependencies.
- Ensure timely and quality communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Thinking big with a focus on continuous process improvement to help meet business outcomes.
