How will you make an impact?
The Product Manager – Multichannel Marketing will play a vital role in leading customer data and enabling capabilities to deliver personalized marketing along the customer journey. You will be responsible for the customer data profile used for marketing along with sophisticated segmentation tools to build and deploy audiences across marketing channels. You will apply your business and technical skills to write and enable new capabilities and features to drive customer acquisition, retention, and dedication.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap for customer data and sophisticated segmentation across our marketing technologies. You will have a leadership role with an agile IT team that will require understanding large, revenue driving projects and owning them through completion.
What will you do?
- Lead an agile product team in defining and implementing the product and feature roadmap for customer data and sophisticated segmentation.
- Define and enable the unified customer profile for digital marketing, building a 360 view of the customer.
- Identify, collect, and onboard 1st party and 3rd party data to enrich customer data.
- Connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Align cross-functionally across multiple teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of initiatives.
- Lead all aspects of the vision and lifecycle of digital products, from inception to launch.
- Act as a consultant between business and technical teams, translating business needs into new product features.
- Ensure projects are prioritized and driven on-time while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas (IT, Business Marketing, Sales, eBusiness, Digital Marketing, Finance) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution.
How will you get here?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or an equivalent field
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- 5+ combined years in digital marketing technology, marketing software, digital product management, data science, data analytics, or comparable
- Experience as a member of a Scrum team, product owner or similar role a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze situations then develop practical, detailed, and creative solutions
- Experience with enterprise-level digital marketing solutions with diverse technologies and processing environments
- Ability to bridge the gap between Marketing and IT
- Proven record to efficiently improve technology investments
- Strong project management skills
- Collaborative approach with ability to establish relationships with key individuals
- Ability to develop and present materials at an audience-appropriate depth
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other Customer Data Platform preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe suite of marketing products preferred
- Experience with Jira and Workfront preferred
- Familiarity with data lakes, data warehouses, and Databricks preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $103,000.00-$154,700.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
