WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager, well-versed in data and artificial intelligence, to play a critical role in the development and launch of our innovative, AI-powered marketing product. This product harnesses spatial and temporal signals, coupled with advanced AI algorithms, to create highly relevant marketing strategies and campaigns.
Reporting to the Product Leader, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing front-end feature strategies, closely collaborating with different teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will aid in prioritizing product features based on user and customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis, and support the execution of the integration strategy for the Choreograph Occasions Graph.
Your responsibilities also include building strong relationships with key stakeholders and gathering feedback to inform front-end product development. Additionally, you will monitor product performance metrics to suggest improvements and contribute to thought leadership, particularly regarding the application platform’s leverage for competitive advantage in respective markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the definition and prioritization of product features based on user and customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis, particularly focusing on front-end features and integration capabilities.
- Assist in the development and execution of the features and front-end roadmap for the Choreograph Occasions Graph, liaising closely with the senior product leader, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of front-end features.
- Help build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, gathering feedback and insights to inform and improve front-end product strategy and development.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure that our application platform integrates seamlessly with leading AdTech and MarTech solutions, enabling our clients to derive business value across vendor, Choreograph, and WPP solutions.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics, including usage, engagement, and customer satisfaction for front-end features. Use this information to suggest improvements and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership within the team on how to leverage the application platform to ensure agencies have a competitive advantage in their respective markets, with a specific focus on front-end feature development.’
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, marketing, or business.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on integration, defining the product vision, and managing multiple strategic workstreams.
- Knowledge of the AdTech and MarTech landscape, leading applications, solutions, platforms, and technologies, with experience of pitching new product concepts to key decision-makers in agencies and large advertisers.
- Strong understanding of how agencies and advertisers utilize data and technology to support their business and marketing strategies.
- Data-driven with strong business acumen across trends and technologies in the digital media space.
- Experience of developing product value propositions and underlying business models to drive commercial success from concept through to commercialization.
- Experience of evaluating market opportunities using models and frameworks to objectively assess the value and risk of ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrable experience of being able to operate and lead in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills; with an ability to think creatively and present in a manner that inspires and excites.
- Well-developed organizational and project management skills, to ensure you can keep on top of your own and others workload.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
