Talent Products is looking for a world-class Principal PM-T to redefine career development globally and at scale across all lines of business. This role will create a new global product, Interactive Success Profiles (ISP), which enables a new career development methodology that ties in job performance and data to actions and resources for employees to proactively reach their career goals. This experience spans across employees in the field and central, and transforms how managers engage and own employee development, while empowering employees to reach their full potential.

Key job responsibilities

As the Principal PM-T, you will set the product vision, define high-impact use cases, analyze user data and program growth, to propose a strategic roadmap working directly with key stakeholders in the business and Learning & Talent Development. You are an evangelist of the product, promoting new features to customers and stakeholders, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption in partnership with program stakeholder teams.

In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated two-pizza team, inclusive of software engineers, data engineers, UX designer, UX researcher, and scientists to develop and deliver this experience to help all Amazonians reach their full potential. This initiative has SVP-level visibility, and needs a single threaded leader to define, create and build an intelligent experience that can be intuitively customizable by all businesses for all job families across Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
