Product Owner I

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Principal Asset Management team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with business partners to build and deliver technical solutions that enable the growing private asset management area of our global asset management operations!

  • Partner with more experienced product owners to learn about customers for the product. Gain an understanding of the outcomes being pursued and how team(s) are building solutions to meet those outcomes and meet customer needs.
  • Begin to grow technology competence to help better provide product guidance to execution teams.
  • Responsible for backlog refinement and preparation of planned releases which includes backlog grooming, prioritizing items in the backlog, and ensuring the backlog represents prioritized business outcomes.
  • Assists in preparing work for sprint planning. During the planning meeting, acts as a source for user story detail and priorities.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, plus 4+ years related experience
  • You have prior Product Ownership experience
  • You have excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$71300 – $116900 / year

Hours

This role will partner with our global teams and will have an expectation for occasional flexiblity in your work schedule.
Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office and hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements. There is an expectation for this role to work on site at least 3 days a week.
