Uniphore is looking for a Product & Pricing Specialist to join the product partnerships and pricing team to help drive all aspects of strategic product partnerships and pricing for Uniphore. In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Director and the broader product management team to help manage all aspects of product partnerships and pricing including, and not limited to, managing contact center certifications, negotiating agreements (e.g., software license, re-seller), conducting product pricing and product gross margin analyses, and driving strategic business initiatives for the product team and the company overall. The Sr. Manager will have the opportunity to interface with external partners as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders such as finance, legal and engineering.
The role resides within the Product Management team. By owning Uniphore’s product strategy and roadmaps, our team envisions and launches new products and features. We manage product lifecycles, UI/UX, product marketing, pricing, and partner alliances to deliver value to our customers and our business.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sr. Director in managing all aspects of Uniphore’s software, technology and solution partnerships including partner negotiation, evaluation, certifications, listings, as well as other on-going partnership management activities
- Build and maintain sophisticated product pricing models
- Support senior leadership in financial and legal analysis and reporting
- Manage product feature requests from sales teams
- Elevate partner focus via executive alignment and develop deep relationships across the company
- Act as the key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders for relevant technology partnerships
- Become the go-to person for all product questions on CCaaS integrations, OEM partners and product pricing
Experience / Qualifications
- Based in U.S. with bachelor’s degree from top university (preferably in a quantitative field)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business operations, investment banking, financial services or start-ups
- Should be a great communicator, extremely detail-oriented, hungry to learn, self-driven, self-aware and have a keen business acumen
- Must be a Powerpoint and Excel guru
- Good business modeling skills
- Ability to make quick informed decisions with a long-term perspective in mind
- Must excel in working cross-functionally and under tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Experience with contact center technology, AI or automation is a plus, but not mandatory
$93,800 – $120,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:
Non California: $93,800 – $120,000
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
