FM Global’s Enterprise Services Division has an opening for an Intern with the Insurance Product Delivery department. This role will be based in Johnston, RI. This will be a hybrid role spending some time in the office and some working remotely.
Reporting directly to the Insurance Product Services Manager (IPSM), this intern will be responsible for working with department reports and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Review, combine and analyze manually tracked data to create various department reports.
- Pull data from several different applications to generate reports used by several members of the department.
- Compare two sets of data to determine any gaps in review process.
- Review and track emails related to policy quality.
- Manage email flow of the Quality email box.
- Perform ad hoc data extracts and analysis.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong decision-making and problem-solving skills – ability to research issues, identify problems, maintain effective working relationships and identify the internal and external dynamics that impact the work of the organization.
- Demonstrates an above average ability in organization, working to deadlines, problem solving, teamwork and self-motivation.
- Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an interest in Data Analytics
The hiring range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
