The Company

Wolfe, LLC, is an e-commerce company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, focused on next-generation gifting business models.

We are well known for being the company that started the first coupon website in 1995 which sold to a public company in 2000, at the peak of the dot-com era, when we were delivering 20 million page views per month. We then built Direct Response Technologies; grew it to 70 employees; and sold it to Digital River in 2006. We spun off Jambo Media with our tech team and sold it to Undertone in 2012.

We built and focused on GiftCards.com from 2006 to 2016 and sold it to Blackhawk Network. We had over 100 employees.

Since 2016, our focus has been Gift Card Granny, PerfectGift, GiftYa, Give InKind, and Reaf Marketing. We have roughly 150 employees and contractors. We are experiencing triple digit growth year over year for 3 years, thankfully. The Role

Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and skilled at problem-solving? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment? PerfectGift is seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of products by assisting product manager(s) to resolve PerfectGift Corporate client issues in our B2B sales channel. This will require research, communication with PerfectGift’s internal teams and vendors, as well as collaboration with technical staff.

Responsibilities:

Writing product support documentation

    o Ensure that all processes, features, enhancements, and fixes are documented thoroughly and maintained for quality.

    o Document and maintain workflows, common issue resolutions and guides for internal partners.

Assisting internal & external clients with their product-related questions & needs

    o Communicates with internal business units/departments to resolve issues and satisfy requests, providing direction and guidance as needed.

    o Communicates with external clients to resolve issues and requests, providing direction and guidance as needed.

    o Document customer/user requirements, preferences, configurations and settings and create corresponding tickets in Jira.

Assist in product support and vendor relations

    o Research, work and solve product support tickets from internal employees using our systems and software.

    o Work with the product manager(s) to craft processes and solutions to issues, and craft runbooks to document them.

    o Triage product support issues according to processes & policies.

    o Manage communication and products with upstream vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Ideally 3-5 years working in e-commerce, digital retail or in a SAAS platform environment
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication required.
  • Must be a self-starter and follow the established processes to continuously move production support work forward
  • Exceptional candidates will have skills in MySQL and a basic understanding of website technologies
