Production Flow Leader

• Management of production orders
o Create, print and close the production orders for the various product lines
o Reschedule late production orders
o Delete obsolete production orders
• Manage the production inventory
o Follow up on production orders and ensure all operation are completed according to the process
o Follow up on production orers and ensure materials are properly allocated, in accordance with the Bill of Material
o Follow up on production orders to ensure that they are completed within the agreed upon leadtime
o Follow up on the actions to drive the ageing work orders
• Complete daily sales & production transfers within the various internal storage locations
• Manage outsource activity related to rework
o Set up the work orders to include the outsourced process steps
o Follow up on the execution of the outsourced operations directly with the vendors
• Prepare the production lines according to the production schedule
o Pre-load the components in designated areas on the production line (includes, forging, sub-assemblies, etc. …)
o Timely provide the required work orders to the operations
• Update Software Traceability System(s) daily (Tiscam, MES, SAP etc)
• Execute and analyse multiple reports using companies softwares (SAP, PowerBI…)
• Recommend improvements for continuous improvement
• Interface with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to achieve SQDCPI targets

Candidate skills & requirements
• Intermediate computer skills that include Microsoft Office and other traceability/planning software
• Intermediate SAP experience in materials function preferred
• Qualified forklift operator preferred
• Working knowledge of manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems preferred
• Associate’s Degree or 3-5 yrs experience of demonstrated leadership in Industrial Setting preferred
