We are currently seeking a Production Support & Operations Manager – L&A – REMOTE to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
This position can be 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for Production Support & Operation of L&A Platform
– Responsible for client communication on critical issues.
– Participate in monthly governance/operations discussions with stakeholders
– Responsible for all internal KPI and external client SLA’s for operations and Production Support scope
– Work with support team across regions (US, Canada, and India) for resolutions of tickets and identifying permanent fixes.
– Liaise with internal & external clients for weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly meetings/reports
– Works with internal Admin leadership for peak-season readiness
– Join weekly CAB meetings to review and approve the changes
– Join weekly project release meetings to review project elevations planned and arrange appropriate teams for support for post-production validations
– Support sales / CE/CDE’s on the upcoming new deals and provide appropriate information on estimation from a support perspective.
– Generate monthly KPI and SLA reports and share them with respective client stakeholders
– Participate in High Severity calls with SMOC and internal teams for logical closure of issues
Basic Qualifications:
– 10+ years of experience in Production Support of medium to large applications
– 3+ years of experience supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives
Preferred Skills/Nice to have:
– Life Insurance and Annuity product lines
Education:
– BS degree or equivalent work experience
Location:
– Midwest is the preferred location but the position is 100% remote.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $90,200 – $183,800. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
