High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in reconciliation is preferred.
The salary for this position is $20.75 hourly.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.
This position requires a security background check, including fingerprint as a condition of employment.

Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE,
- Knowledge of basic accounting and auditing principles, theory, and concepts.
- Knowledge of governmental accounting standards.
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- Ability to utilize spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
This position is responsible for reconciliation of Financial Statements for Component Units and uploading and proofing adjustments in SWMA application.
Key duties include the following:
- Reconciliation of Financial Statements
- Uploading and proofing adjustments.
