Professional Administrative Analyst

Compensation: $57,241.60 – $80,516.80 (Based on Experience)

Summary

The Great Lakes Water Authority is looking for a skilled, highly motivated, and detail-driven Professional Administrative Analyst to work with the Capital Improvement Planning Team (CIP).

Job Responsibilities

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advanced technical experience (MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Creating presentations and team communications
  • Assist the CIP Director with preparing for meetings, including training materials, obtaining materials in advance, distributing materials, and keeping the executive on schedule.
  • Prepare and proof correspondence, reports, and other written material and prioritize work assigned to meet target deadlines
  • Make recommendations to business processes
  • Create and deliver presentations on specified topics
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Complete various assignments and meet established deadlines
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Develop proficiency in group-specific operations and software, and learn essential Geographical Information Systems

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree: with specialization in Business Administration preferred
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience related to the field and/or job assignment
  • Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual problems preferred
  • Proficient in grammar, spelling, and proofreading preferred
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills preferred

Other Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
