Professional Administrative Analyst – Accounts Payable

Compensation: $57,241 – $80,516 (Based on Experience)

Summary

Support the financial accounts payable area by providing exceptional customer service to internal customers and vendors. Perform data entry of invoices and upload supporting documents. Provide invoice management. Complete and maintain vendor statement financial reconciliations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with vendors to facilitate payments and maintain vendor accounts
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and upload and apply vendor invoices to appropriate purchase orders
  • Check general ledger (GL) strings to ensure correct expense reporting and reconcile vendor statements monthly
  • Problem solve to resolve issues preventing vendor payment by working with the vendor and GLWA Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement teams.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounting, finance, or related area

  • Valid Driver’s License
