Compensation: $57,241 – $80,516 (Based on Professional Experience)
Summary
Support the Financial Planning and Analysis team by performing technical and administrative tasks related to financial management.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform technical and administrative tasks related to assigned group operations
- Administratively manage projects where multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Carry out day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitate efficient communication, manage office calendars, and complete general clerical tasks
- Ensure team members have access to the tools they need, manage office supplies and team member equipment
- Work with vendors to maintain office equipment and supplies
- Liaise with peer groups to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Follow security and safety policies and procedures in carrying out work duties.
Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience of administrative and technical experience supporting a management team
