Job Description:
The GDIT Global Chief Information Office (GCIO) develops, improves, and maintains the IT systems and solutions that assist all GDIT employees in their daily duties and enables the success of the GDIT business. Within this organization, the Business Enablement Services (BES) team utilizes the best practices in project management to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget, and on schedule.
This role will support effective BES execution in delivering high quality solutions as well as maturing BES processes and services. The role will interface with multiple project managers and stakeholders in facilitating project meetings, assigning and ensuring completion of action items, and updating and maintaining project documentation.
Reporting to the Senior Director, BES, the Program Control Analyst holds the following responsibilities:
- Partner with project managers and assist with the development of high-quality key artifacts such as status reports, risk logs, budget trackers, and business process workflows using Microsoft’s Power BI and Smartsheet
- Manage BES SharePoint site by organizing and sharing key artifacts, including templates, process documents and user guides
- Develop, implement, and communicate BES process improvements
- Support project managers with administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project information is accurately documented in BES databases
- Provide aggregate level reporting on project metrics to leadership using Microsoft’s Power BI and Smartsheet
- Manage project charge code set up, closure and provide resource availability analysis
- Effectively communicate to support BES team synchronization on current initiatives
- Partner with other organizations (finance, supply chain, business ops) in support of project execution
- Provide meeting facilitation as required (prepare meeting agenda, schedule and set up meetings, prepare meeting materials, draft detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on open actions)
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that would have substantial impacts
- Pro-actively support strategic BES initiatives to maturate the BES organization, processes, and tools
- Develop PowerBI and/or Smartsheet dashboards to support financials, resourcing, and other criteria
WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Five (5) years related work experience
- Current leadership experience managing a small team
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar toolset
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet or similar toolset
- Proven expertise in using MS Office, with strong emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint required

The likely salary range for this position is $70,620 – $105,930, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
