We are looking for a competent Wholesale Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of product administrative and program management tasks. Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and Product Development, this role will support retail customer programs, working with our suppliers and internal teams to deliver timely execution of all samples and ticketing of customer orders. Through strong attention to detail and organization, this position will ensure the sampling and ticketing of products are completed in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate will help in planning and organizing internal programs, maintaining an onsite product repository, as well as, carrying out important operational duties. To be effective in this role, you must possess sophisticated organizational skills, be able to problem-solve under time constraints, and be fastidious about error-free work. If you have further skills in program coordination and previous experience working for a wholesale or distribution center, we’d like to meet you. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs developed for key high-profile Retailers according to the organization’s standards.
Responsibilities
SAMPLES
- Maintain knowledge of all ongoing programs in order to manage the sampling and ticketing process
- Organize the scope of actions required for each program and plan steps necessary to complete tasks, error free and within manageable timeframes.
- Coordinate and track all samples with suppliers
- Check-in, label and disperse all samples to internal stakeholders
- Maintain library of all samples by customer
- TICKETS
- Coordinate shipment of samples to customers for approval
- Order, manage and track ticketing process
- Understand and communicate ticket deadlines to internal departments
- Create and maintain customer ticketing log
- Assist Creative, Sales and Product Teams retrieving samples from the repository on an as-needed basis.

- Minimum Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as program coordinator or relevant position
- On-site presence required (Mon – Fri)
- Knowledge of program management and product development procedures
- Ability to meet multiple simultaneous deadlines and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Compensation: $24/hour – $32/hour
