Description
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to all assigned Turning Point/Wraparound staff. Supervise all Turning Point and DMH services and oversee procedures. JOB ID#C08813A
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide clinical and administrative consultation to the case-carrying and supportive staff. Provide performance evaluations on assigned program staff, when needed.
Oversee program procedures including, but not limited to, intake assessments, therapy, case management, disposition, and documentation. Conduct client reviews and utilization reviews.
Perform other duties as required and assigned by the Program Manager. Lead quality assurance for DMH and Turning Point paperwork.
Model strength-based, family-centered, and culturally-based approaches/interventions with families.
Attend the Wraparound Provider Meeting and Wraparound Roundtable meetings when needed.
Provide field supervision/oversight when needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a Master degree in Social Work, or related field and two (2) years of experience at a recognized mental health agency.
Applicant must be willing to work in the field and a community-based setting emphasizing commitment and staff initiative, be comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team utilizing a Wraparound approach (strengths-based, needs driven), be willing to work with persons from varying socioeconomic backgrounds in their environment, and possess good interpersonal skills and an understanding of persons with emotional, psychological, and behavioral problems.
Valid CA Driver License and insurable by the Center’s automobile. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
