Role Snapshot
Our Program Director will work in our Government Health Administrators (GHA)/Medicare line of business and be fully dedicated to the A/B MAC contract. This strategic role is key in evaluating our areas for growth (contract and non-contract) and identifying a path forward to achieve this growth in our GHA line of business. Specifics include:
- Project managing large scale implementation of technology, program changes, and processes as we grow.
- Evaluating contract changes and determining how it may impact current processes which may lead to altering, augmenting, or automating a process.
- Ensuring contractual compliance by establishing quality and process improvements that monitors/supports the execution of operations and shared services.
- Driving continuous improvements, process efficiencies, and exceeding contractual obligations with current and future contracts.
- Providing input and feedback on operational performance, process, and system effectiveness.
- Assisting in proposal development in response to government requests for proposals, to include collaborating with other companies to coordinating proposal strategy and technical writing.
- Presenting our path to growth to our Board, executives, and business partners.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
- 5 or more years of related work and/or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge working in a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) environment and understanding the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Project Management experience leading large projects (e.g. implementation of a new contract including technology, program and process changes, etc.).
- Federal Government Contract experience working with government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE.
Salary Range
$99,000 to $183,800
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Travel
Approximately 10% to 25%.

Remote Worker Requirements
For remote positions, the employee is required to meet remote worker requirements, including a designated workstation, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network, and a minimum of 10Mbps downstream connection with at least 1Mbps upstream (can be checked at https://speedtest.net).
