Amazon’s passion for the customer-someone who understands the importance of
compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer experience.
As a part of the Alexa Shopping Conversations team, you will be building new conversational experiences powered by cutting edge LLMs that are going to redefine how people discover & engage with products and services! This is an area that requires solving unique business & operational problems for building the next generation of shopping experience.
• Develop and launch initiatives/programs across multiple channels and geographies to drive feature launches, CX improvement and data generation.
• Partner with stakeholders across the Consumer org to reduce business delivery lead times, improve quality and influence product innovations/roadmaps.
• Own deep dives that identify operational/data delivery pain points and build the long-term business strategy.
• Knowledge about JSONs and Python scripts is a good to have but not a necessary requirement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
