Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a talented program manager (PM) to be part of the AWS Launch Marketing team. AWS innovates at an unmatched pace that continues to accelerate every year with launch marketing operations at the center of this rapid innovation. The Launch Program Manager is responsible for facilitating the marketing intake and planning for the most important AWS service and feature launches. The PM will be responsible for helping to identify the appropriate marketing tactics each launch receives. As launches continue to grow at AWS, the PM will identify gaps and find ways to streamline the intake process to help scale operations. The right candidate will have exceptional organization skills, be data driven with solid analytical skills, and be able to exercise judgment while acting quickly. They will also be exceptional at building relationships within the team and across the business as they work with varied stakeholders.
This position is based in Seattle, Washington. Relocation offered to Seattle, WA from within the USA only.
Key job responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include driving the team to:
Work across 200+ AWS service teams and 70+ AWS stakeholder teams to execute projects that improve processes and tools to help scale with the launch process to match our pace of innovation.
Assist with coordination of marketing plans and assets for key AWS launches, and manage launches released during AWS events, including Global Summits and re:Invent, in conjunction with announcements on stage by AWS executives
Drive production of key training materials and tools and process to ensure all stakeholders are fully trained on activities required to complete for each launch across development and business functions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
