The Brand Marketing team is seeking a Program Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of creative projects and cross-functional marketing initiatives. The goal of this role is to help connect the dots between marketing and creative teams, prioritizing creative work, managing timelines and holding stakeholders accountable. This role will involve collaborating with various teams, including creative agencies, media agencies, production agencies, marketing, acquisition, product, etc.
She/he/they will be responsible for managing creative production priorities, updating the full-year cross-functional marketing calendar and managing marketing plans to ensure delivery timelines are met. Collaboration is key as this person will interact closely with our creative agencies as well as media, engagement and acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working in project management, preferably in a creative, marketing or media environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead prioritization between marketing and creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet defined objectives.
- Build out, manage and optimize campaign tracking documents to ensure that projects are tracking across all involved teams.
- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and maintain our high standard of quality, while also meeting project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or deliverables and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates, project reports and post-project evaluations to stakeholders, documenting key insights and lessons learned.
- Provide prioritization recommendations to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, marketing or media environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker, with a solid understanding of design principles, creative processes, and digital media production.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Candidate should be a strong presenter who is confident in rooms with executive leadership.
- An interest in news and media, particularly in emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Preferred college degree (or equivalent), preferably in marketing, communications, or a business discipline.

Pay Range: $65,000 – $200,000
