What will you be doing in your role?

  • You will monitor service and offer support to staff throughout individual touchpoints.
  • You will work with the Site Director to evaluate staff performance to ensure compliance with all expectations and standards of practice.
  • You will coordinate workflow and workload assignments.
  • You will maintain a reduced client caseload.
  • You will work closely with the Site Director to develop, monitor, and evaluate all program work plans, outputs, and outcomes to ensure goals are met.
  • You will work closely with the Site Director to monitor program revenues and control program expenditures to ensure accountability and operation within established budget.
  • You will work closely with the Site Director to monitor case files for the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency quality assurance standards.
  • You will cultivate positive relationships with service providers/agencies in support of client access to their benefits, services, or programs.
  • You effectively communicate with your team, peers, supervisor, and TXOR leadership.
  • You leverage your skills and resources of TXOR to solve problems.
  • You adhere to the policies and procedures of CCFW.

Are you the next Case Management Program Manager?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, International Relations, Political Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with refugee populations.
  • Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation to carry out job functions.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating activities in a service environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in a current refugee language is a plus.
