As Program Manager, Digital Product you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile, Scrum and Program Management tools and methodologies to achieve project goals within specified timeframes. You will create and maintain ceremonies, calendars, and workflows to execute the product roadmap, and help the Product Owner to deliver business value, prioritize stories, epics and themes, evaluate and reduce the product backlog. You will assist with change management by communicating with internal stakeholders and cross department scrum teams, actively reducing blockers, and improving our measurement framework to demonstrate impact and success. You enjoy fast-paced environments, thrive under ambiguity, and embrace change passionately.
You Will:
- Manage development projects and facilitate sprint releases. Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing clear and transparent updates.
- Assess the scrum maturity of the team and establish a plan to improve efficiency.
- Report out on weekly and monthly cadence the calendar, roadmap and results of the Product Efforts.
- Coach the team and business stakeholders to be value focused while keeping customers and owners at the center of our thinking.
- Conduct all scrum-related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives and client demos.
- Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance.
- Report to the Digital Marketing Sr. Product Owner.
You Bring:
- Experience in playing the scrum master role for at least 5 years for a digital team that was diligently applying scrum principles.
- Extremely strong agile experience moving complicated projects forward in a CI/CD environment. Scaled agile training is a benefit with a strong focus on process improvement and a relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Change management expertise, including the ability to mentor individuals and teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative spirit.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Experience in IT/software, e-commerce, automotive, or consulting.
- Experience with working in a multi-team collaboration environment.
- Expert in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Advantageous:
- Scrum or project management certification
- A passion for and working knowledge of automobiles, EVs (Electric Vehicles), and the future of mobility.
- Experience in luxury or high-tech industries.
- E-commerce background a plus.
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California San Francisco Bay Area – $108,000 – $154,000 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
