The Business Integration team, within the Enterprise Transformation and Global Business Services organization, adds value to the broader organization by collaborating with our enterprise support functions (e.g. technology, global supply chain, retail operations, partner resources, finance) to drive clarity, alignment, and value realization. We are responsible for identifying, prioritizing and implementing the highest value projects and programs for Starbucks.
In this role, you will help to unlock business value by applying tools and techniques to drive highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on highly complex projects and programs while indirectly leading partners.
As a a program manager, you will…
• Maximize business value by applying tools and techniques to drive highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on highly complex projects and programs while indirectly leading partners.
• Nimbly adapts to shifting priorities while continuing to assess the overall health of existing programs, priorities, and teams.
• Autonomously drive alignment across multiple senior leaders and influences cross-functional teams to support new ideas and decisions.
• Develop the program team strategy and inspires cohesive teams committed to delivering the best for their project and overall program(s).
We’d love to hear from people with:
• 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tool
• 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology project
• 8 yrs building and mentoring team
• 6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management
• 8 yrs General business experience
• 4 year degree preferred
• PMP considered
