AMXL Supply Chain Execution is looking for a Program Manager with a record and proven project/program management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for our Middle Mile operations.
This role will play a critical role in the expansion of newly launched cost saving initiatives within middle mile network. It requires a high-level of ownership over the end-to-end process, strong program management skills, willingness to disrupt current processes and create new ones, ability to design sustainable solutions, influence stakeholders, and deliver under tight timelines. The candidate will lead programs from inception to implementation while managing multiple concurrent projects, and effectively prioritizing them. As a PM II, this role requires deep diving into data, managing ambiguity, and developing and standardizing processes.
Key job responsibilities
– Review and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities – this includes identifying root causes and maintaining key metrics with trend and variance conclusions to discern root cause of defects.
– Develop and implement continuous improvement processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal operations and new programs
– Leverage data to support the future state of the business. (Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar)
– Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve variable cost, quality, and expansion goals
– Understand end-to-end (E2E) supply chain to build structured governance models that drive people, processes and improvement initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
– Provide updates and report/bridge program’s metrics in WBRs.
Program Manager should also demonstrate:
– Confidence operating in an ambiguous and iterative business space
– Attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
– Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
– Ability to effectively communicate process changes and data insights to key stakeholders across the organization (Operations, Finance, S&OP, others)
– Up to 25% travel required
About the team
The NA Supply Chain team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for AMXL, from initial inventory planning and placement, through fulfillment, middle mile, last mile delivery to the end customer, and back again through customer and vendor returns. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
– PMP certificate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
