Amazon’s Enterprise Engineering team is looking for an experienced hands-on organizational change manager who is eager to make a huge impact on a dynamic, fast moving business. This role will facilitate a transformation that will improve enterprise-wide collaboration and work efficiency on a global scale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing organizational change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption of a new and improved workplace productivity toolset, identifying and mitigating risks and overcoming resistance, contributing to the development of training programs and implementing high quality communication plans, and tracking adoption and benefits across the enterprise. Results will be delivered both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional business and technical teams and vendors.
The role requires an ability to Think Big with keen attention to detail. We are looking for a passionate, data-driven individual who sets high standards, and delivers the right results with appropriate guidance. The candidate exhibits a high degree of ownership, is able to influence across levels in a matrix structure, and thrives in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities. This position requires consistent, high quality engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise. The candidate has thrived in delivering and influencing broad adoption of technology products/services in a dynamic environment.
Experience and knowledge of organizational change management methodologies is essential.
Key job responsibilities
Implement systems, metrics and processes to maximize change compliance, productivity and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to communicate benefits and identify impact of the workplace productivity toolset rollout.
Analyze and solve change barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
Execute a communications plan and templates, to ensure that customer and stakeholder communications are engaging, consistent and effective
Create and deliver end-user training and how-to articles.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
