Program Manager – Lease Technology , LeaseTech (FOAA)

The successful candidate will be a member of the Lease Technology Team that will manage lease technology tools, applications, and vendor contracts. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting transaction processing and developing processes for users of our technical and functional tools. The Program Manager will own standards and enhancements to our environment and related change management. The Program Manager will assist teammates to develop a center of excellence for training and materials related to payments, processing and collaboration with Accounts Payable.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a senior level of competence performing a wide range of critical payment processing standards in order to ensure successful delivery, use, and enhancements of lease information that is accurate and compliant to payment requirements.

Core Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject-matter-expert (SME) for lease administration functions for abstraction, invoice and payment management, reporting and analytics.
• Serve as point of contact for portfolio reporting with cross organizational lease administration teams.
• Identify process and technology improvements that can be leveraged across regions or globally within lease administration and help drive implementation that can be leveraged across regions or globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of program or project management experience

– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
