Job Description
This role will be hybrid based out of our San Francisco, Mountain View, or Sunnyvale offices.

The LinkedIn Legal & Public Policy Team is made up of legal and policy professionals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets who have set an extremely high bar for providing legal and policy solutions. If you like smart, witty and motivated people, you will fit in well with the Legal & Public Policy Team.
As Program Manager, Litigation, you will provide program management and support to our Litigation, Competition and Enforcement Team (LCE), with particular emphasis on support for Litigation attorneys, including tracking and managing all active litigation matters, onboarding outside counsel, and running team programs such as onboarding new employees, and periodic reporting on team workstream stats and activities. You will work within a fast-paced, well-rounded, collaborative team that values humor and team work.
Responsibilities.
- Manage and update litigation matters in docket tracking software (currently LawVu).
- Under attorney supervision, identify custodians, draft, and manage sending of legal hold notices through software (currently, Legal Hold Pro).
- Locate and collect information for litigation case files and early case assessment by using LinkedIn tools to collect from member accounts, commercial contract and invoice histories, and various public-facing resources.
- Support in-house attorneys’ work on litigation matters, including organizing docket files, collecting information in response to discovery requests, scheduling witness interviews, getting declarations signed, and interfacing with outside counsel.
- Work with our eDiscovery professionals to collect and review documents in Relativity.
- Investigate and independently handle small claims matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys, Legal Ops, and Finance to support LCE budget management, spend reporting, and ensuring payment of litigation settlements
- Manage LCE meeting agendas and create presentations and reports that summarize Litigation docket metrics and other LCE team workstreams for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage LCE software vendor relationships and contracts.
- Play an active role on the Legal, Competition & Enforcement team to help us fulfill LinkedIn’s mission of connecting the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful by being an integral member of our fast-paced, well-rounded, collaborative and FUN Legal & Public Policy Team.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Project Manager, or equivalent.
- Experience with a computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to learn and utilize other business software (LawVu, LegalHold Pro, SimpleLegal, Slack, Jira, Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Organizational skills to manage multiple contemporaneous matters.
- Familiarity with litigation processes such as identifying outside counsel, discovery, and witness interviews.
- You are a self-motivated and organized team player with the ability to drive projects, identify and resolve issues, and earn the confidence and cooperation of others.
- You communicate effectively and can work both independently and collaboratively.
- You have project management experience and give attention to detail while at the same time understanding the big picture.
- You are able to assess, update, and improve processes to make team work more efficient.
- Comfort juggling tasks from the mundane to the strategic, and an ability to work productively and deliver on deadline in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a smile and a sense of humor.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
