Job Summary
This role will have PST hours.
This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead projects and initiatives focused on Quality Improvement outcomes reporting and analysis to meet critical business needs. Work with colleagues across QI who are designing and delivering new interventions, as well as improving processes and finding efficiencies in reporting. Plan and direct project schedules, metrics, and deep-dive analyses. Manage critical stakeholder interactions and serve as a subject matter expert resource for providers. Monitor and manage projects from inception through delivery. Primary focus is quality improvement project/program management, with a strong focus on reporting experience.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Develop, generate, distribute and manage reports on progress and performance against goals, existing metrics and/or project deliverables
- Active collaboration with key project stakeholders on Quality Improvement projects and programs involving cross-functional teams of subject matter experts
- Monitors and manages the project from inception through delivery
- Plans, manages and directs project schedules; engages stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate with others to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements
- Focus on process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, program management and other processes that drive adoption and impact
- Lead and manage cross-functional/indirect team in planning and executing business programs
- Work with operational leaders within the department to recommend opportunities for process improvements
- Primary focus is Quality Improvement program/project management, rather than the application of expertise
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
- Operational process improvement experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience partnering with different levels and across an organization
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years of SQL, PowerBI, Visual Basic XL end-user expertise
• 3 years in managed care or equivalent, with 2 years in quality improvement
• Operational knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Azure, and Power Automate
• 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
• Experience working in a cross functional highly matrixed organization.
PREFERRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION:
• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and/or comparable coursework desired.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Pay Range: $66,456 – $129,589/year*
