We are looking for a high caliber, process-driven, and motivated Program Manager with excellent judgment to support the Multi-Channel Fulfillment team.
In this strategic and high visibility role, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing Multi-Channel Fulfillment business policies as well as owning the control framework for tracking and auditing the ways those policies are enforced. Finally, you will play a critical role in developing external-facing communications related to policy violations. You will work closely with Legal, Product Management, and Investigation teams, and will present regularly to senior leadership.
You will need to be comfortable driving consensus on issues based on risk profiles and concrete data, engaging partner teams to both benchmark and influence policies, understanding business needs, and responding to escalations.
The ideal candidate is and an excellent communicator who is able to prioritize appropriately and easily switch gears without sacrificing quality of work, maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, and work well with people at all levels. They should be process-oriented and comfortable putting effective mechanisms in place to streamline decision-making and ensure the right level of diligence. They should be able to perform basic data analysis on excel and SQL to evaluate business risks.
To be successful you need strong attention to detail and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds. You also need to be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment where it’s often up to you to determine the right path forward.

Key job responsibilities
– Drive policy definition and optimization across a growing portfolio of products based on risks data – Establish scalable processes for quick policy decision-making.
– Create documentation and other resources to support investigation teams and other internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales).
– Partner with other policy teams at Amazon to benchmark and, in some cases, influence their policies. And work with Product teams to implement the scalable enforcement mechanisms.
– Own a control framework to log and audit the mechanisms used to ensure compliance with business policies.
– Partner with Legal, Product, and Investigation teams in reviewing and approving external-facing communications.
– Serve as the primary escalation point for internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Leadership, etc.).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
– Experience delivering cross functional projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
– Master’s degree
– Experience with Data analysis on Excel and SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
