PV is looking for a Program Manager to lead projects related to Pricing decider logic and system that publishes the price on site for our customers. This would include building an experimentation Pricing system, working data scientist to execute A/B testing experiments, and working with software engineers and product managers to manage the roadmap for pricing solutions. Pricing is a key lever within our business to improve revenue and profitability and our reporting to studios is a key way for them to understand business performance and make improvements. This role will oversee the US TVOD pricing program, which includes overall strategy, analysis, reporting, and recommendations for step change improvements across multiple stakeholders. This is an influential role that will identify and close operational gaps, enhance customer experience with Pricing, create SOPs for internal users, and automate workflows. The Program Manager must be comfortable working cross-functionally with internal clients such as Tech Product Teams, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Content Acquisition Managers, and also engage with select third party studio partners.
Success in this role will include pricing accuracy improvements, workflow automation for all pricing use cases, and making data driven decisions that improve our customer acquisition, retention, and bottom line. We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can be hands on in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of different tech systems behavior and manual workflows. He or she will be analytical in their decision making, with the demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion and have a passion for supplying their clients with data driven recommendations. This position also involves regular communication with stakeholders and management on status, risks, and strategy. Listening, writing, and analytics skills are essential to this role.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with internal teams to understand knowledge gaps and create SOPs, and innovate to develop best practices within the pricing space.
Develop roadmap for pricing experimentation.
Partner with CAM teams to identify areas of opportunity to improve profitability by studio and content type.
Report on, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement projects in installation and maintenance processes.
Identify through analysis and execute on opportunities to improve internal user and third-party experience and performance.
Write business requirements for technical teams on feature improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
