Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery? The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for a Program Manager to lead how we improve Quality of omnichannel promotions via automation, processes and mechanisms.
In this role, you will lead the vision for and tasks associated with improving the quality of promotions online and in-store for Amazon Fresh. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements as well as the automation roadmap.
Key job responsibilities
– Deep dive drivers of quality degradation to identify key root causes and themes to inform improvements
– Partner with cross functional teams such as marketing, in-stock and tech to identify and implement process and mechanism improvements to reduce causes of failures that impact quality of promotions
– Partner with tech and BI/BAs to build alarms to identify such issues as well as automate resolution
– Build reports and lead leadership reviews to showcase Quality improvement roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of with Excel experience
– 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
– Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
– Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
